FAQ

  • Choose your bin package and rental length online. We deliver the bins to your address, you pack and move at your pace, and we pick them up when you're finished.

  • Rentals start at 1 week. You can choose 2-, 3-, or 4-week options during booking if you need more time.

  • Yes. If you finish before the end of your rental period, let us know and we can arrange an earlier pickup. Early pickup does not reduce the rental price.

  • Yes, delivery and pickup are included within our standard service area. If you're outside that area, contact us before booking to see whether delivery is available for an additional fee.

  • ReadyBin serves the Portland metro area. Visit our Service Area page or contact us with your ZIP code to confirm availability.

  • You can choose from 10-, 20-, 30-, and 40-bin packages. If you realize you need more after delivery, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you based on availability.

  • Yes. A ReadyBin moving dolly is available as an optional add-on to make transporting stacked bins easier.

  • Normal wear and tear is expected. If a bin is lost or damaged beyond continued use, a $20 replacement fee applies per bin. Lost or irreparably damaged moving dollies are subject to a $35 replacement fee.
